2020 swept in unlike anything anyone could have possibly predicted. I went from expecting my best year in business yet, to in a matter of just weeks, honestly thinking I wouldn’t have even one session this year. 2020 took me by surprise in so many ways, but one of the biggest surprises was that I was still able to create beautiful portraits for my clients, all in the middle of a worldwide pandemic!
The first time I talked to Brandon and Fuschia, they already knew that they wanted to do their engagement session at Sand Beach. They called it “our spot”, and it’s especially special to them since that’s where Brandon asked Fuschia to marry him!
Every year, I tell myself that there’s no way I could possibly outdo the previous year … and then 2019 happened! Although many people know me for my wedding photography, portrait sessions are a HUGE part of my business! I love that I get to travel to a different part of the state every day, and I get to meet so many incredible people!

Acadia National Park is one of the most visited tourist areas in Maine, and for good reason! It is a truly amazing place to visit, and I feel so blessed to live within a 2 hour drive of the park! I have clients ask me all the time for suggestions on portrait session locations, so here they are!
