I had so many amazing family sessions this Spring, that I couldn’t possibly sum them up in one post! I love providing these images that families will have hanging in their homes for years!
As much as I love the Winter, I was THRILLED when Spring finally arrived in May! There’s something about finally having green grass, flowers blooming, and warmer weather that invigorates the soul!
I love photographing families on the beach, so I was thrilled when Kayla asked me to take some photos of her with her two young daughters.
I was so excited to see baby Margarite again for this photo session! I did their maternity session last year, and then I had the honor of photographing sweet baby Margarite when she arrived in the hospital! Now, she is a happy and bubbly 8 month old, and it is obvious that she is the light of her parent’s lives!
A few months ago, I noticed some other photographers around the country using one of these gorgeous round swings, and I knew I had to have one! They looked straight out of a whimsical forest full of fairies and pixie dust!
The Browns invited me to their Portland home to photograph her family a few weeks ago. 1 year old Vandor was now a big brother!
A few weeks ago, I was driving past City Hall in Augusta and saw these blooming (what I think are) apple blossom trees out front! It was just a small row of them, surrounded by a busy street and a full parking lot, but I knew once I got in there, that we could make some magic happen!
Uriah is a very special little boy! At 4 days old, this precious child had open heart surgery, and had his second open heart surgery at only 4 months old! And now he is turning 1 year old! If there’s one thing you notice about Uriah when you meet him, it’s how extremely happy he is all the time! He is non stop giggles and smiles!
When Laura and Matt contacted me about doing a family session for them in March, we knew that taking 4 month old Audrey and 2 year old Elise out in the cold for pictures might not give us the results they were hoping for. So I suggested a lifestyle-type session in their Winthrop, Maine home, and they were all in!
