I am often asked if 8 hours is enough time to capture the full wedding story and the answer is yes! Our main goal right now is securing and saving your date. You can always add additional coverage as we get closer to the big day and we have a good idea of your timeline. 

Is 8 hours of coverage enough for my wedding day? 

We average 75-100 images per hour. We deliver files quickly and easily via an online gallery. You will have the ability to print and download your images as much as you want. I believe in freely sharing my work because that is what I would want if we were in your shoes! 

How many images will I get from my wedding? 

I'm more than willing to travel for sessions! I love it when couples ask us to photograph them in a location that means something special! I book engagement sessions at least two months in advance and 60 miles of travel each way from Gardiner, Maine, is included.

Will you travel for our engagement session? 

I absolutely love photographing in Acadia National Park, and do about 20-30 sessions a year there. I'm familiar with the park, and can recommend 10-15 different location options! These sessions do have an added fee of $350, which covers my time and driving expenses.

How do we move forward with booking our portrait session? 

I recommend 1-2 locations that are near each other. We don’t want to miss out on great lighting, or use up too much time driving between locations! Having two locations can be great for more variety out of your session, as well as give kids a a snack break in the car in between! 

How many locations should we choose for our session? 

I average 60 and 120 final edited images. I deliver your file via an online gallery. You can print and download your images as much as you want. You will also get a print release so that you can print the images at a lab of your choosing. Turnaround time is 3-6 weeks. 

How many images will I receive from my portrait session? 

I offer prints for sale in the online gallery. These are completely optional, as you will already have the digital images available for download, and a print release. The prints are shipped right to your home within 1-2 weeks. They are printed at a professional print lab.

Can I order prints from you? 

 I schedule a rain date for every one of my portrait clients. We will decide this when booking, and that second date will be held open until your session is complete! We will decide together about 12-24 hours before the session whether we need to use the rain date or not. 

What if it rains on my session date? 

If you book 2 sessions, I will take $100 off the combined price of the sessions. If you book 3 sessions, I will take $150 off the combined price of the sessions. In order to receive the discount, the sessions must all be booked at the same time.
