Even with a rainy forecast, this cloudy day was full of bright smiles, sunflowers, birch trees, and love! I’m slightly obsessed with the mountain backdrops at this venue, just see for yourself!
What made weddings in 2018 stand out to me is the pure genuine people that I had the privilege of photographing. There were so many happy tears and warm hugs that filled each wedding day, and my brides and grooms and their loved ones made ME feel part of the family! After photographing these two several times over the past 2 years as a couple, I was thrilled when they announced that they were expecting! They let me take the reigns and choose the perfect location for their maternity session, and I had been dying to take photos at one of my favorite places in Camden!
Alex and Sarah were friends of my husband in college, and they stayed in touch over the last few years. So when we found ourselves driving through their home state of Virginia, we had to stop in for a visit so I could meet them and their adorable daughter, Scarlett!
