What an incredible year! It was hard, but I narrowed down my absolute favorites from every wedding and couples session I photographed this year!
Even better, I met some amazing people this year. I met people who came all the way to Maine to get married, and people who have lived in Maine all their lives. I traveled all over our great state, as well as to New Hampshire, Massachusetts, and Connecticut to photograph weddings and engagement sessions. I feel that I’ve grown as a photographer this year, and as a person. I’m learning to slow down, and pay more close attention to the details. I was able to spend so much quality time with my family this year, including my husband and our 3 year old son, as well as my 7 amazing siblings! Thank you to each one of my clients for making this dream job possible! I can’t WAIT to see what’s in store for 2018!

I also had a blast second shooting with some amazing photographer peers this year! They have graciously allowed me to share a few of my favorite images that I took while photographing these weddings with them. Check out their websites to see their amazing work!
I photographed this wedding alongside Greta Tucker, of Greta Tucker Photography (www.gretatuckerphoto.com). This was a destination Maine wedding held at the Chebeague Island Inn.
Below, I helped Trina Dinnar, of Trina Dinnar Photography (www.trinadinnarphotography.com) photograph this gorgeous wedding at the Stage Neck Inn in York, Maine. I’ve photographed here before and love this venue!
Here are a few favorite images from the wedding that I photographed with Katelyn Mallett, of Katelyn Mallett Photography (www.katelynmallettphotography.com) at Inn by the Sea in Wells, Maine. How precious is this moment between grandmother and granddaughter?!
What a gorgeous backdrop for bridal party pictures! Here, I was second shooting with Cassandra Henri, of Cassandra Henri Photography (www.cassandrahenri.com) at the Bar Harbor Inn, in Bar Harbor, Maine. We had some amazing fog that day!
Here are another set of images taken while photographing alongside Cassandra Henri! This lovely wedding took place at the Atlantic Oceanside Hotel in Bar Harbor!
The images below were taken at a wedding I photographed with Nate Howard of The Shalom Imaginative (www.theshalomimaginative.com). This was a destination Maine wedding held at the Tarry A While Resort in Bridgton.
These were two amazing out of state weddings! On the left, you’ll see a wedding that I second shot alongside Rebecca Deaton, of Rebecca Deaton Photography (www.rebeccadeaton.com). This was a fun one, because it took place at the New England Aquarium in Boston, Massachusetts!
On the right is a wedding I photographed with Mat Gerber, of Mat & Ash Photography (www.mat-and-ash.com) at the Portsmouth Sheraton in Portsmouth, New Hampshire.
Below are a few of my favorite images from a wedding I second shot with Taylor Dow, of t. Dow Photography (www.tdowphotography.com). This one took place close to home, at the Maple Hill Farm Inn in Hallowell, Maine. I’ve photographed here a few times before, it’s a lovely venue! But seriously, look a that flower crown!
Catherine Gross, of Catherine J. Gross Photograph (www.Catherinejgrossphotography.com) asked me to second shot a proposal with her this summer! This adorable gentleman below asked his girlfriend to marry him at the Auburn Balloon Festival! It was magical! Afterwards, we took them to Bates College to take some “just engaged!” photos.
And lastly, here is another wedding I photographed alongside Trina Dinnar! This wedding took place at The Sheepscot Village Harbour Resort in Edgecomb. I still can’t get over that amazing bouquet!!
