Senior portrait sessions are SO much fun! We get to pick a location (or two!) that really expresses who you are as a person, see what poses work the best to showcase your awesome-ness, and have a blast! Your Senior photos should be about more than just taking a few pictures, it’s an experience that you’ve been waiting to have for years!
Congrats, you’re a SENIOR - let’s celebrate all your hard work so far!
I recommend that Seniors bring 2-3 outfits to their sessions. You’ll want to have one informal, casual outfit, one more formal, dressy outfit, and if you’d like, you can bring a third outfit of your choice! Some Seniors choose to bring a sports outfit, or even some props to their session. I’ve done sessions for football players right on the school football field, for wrestlers who will change into their singlet for a few photos during their session on the beach, or for a soccer player who will pose with their soccer ball near the net at their field. Do you love hanging out at a favorite coffee shop? Let’s go there! Do you love going to the lake with your family each summer - why not do your session while you’re there?! There are so many amaz- ing options to make your session all about YOU and who you are. Feel free to bring your Mom, or your sister, or your best friend - really anyone who you feel 100% confident in front of, and who will cheer you on from the sidelines. And don’t worry if you’re having a bad acne day, or if your teeth need to be brightened a little - all those little touch-ups are included in your session! So let’s have some fun and get some of the best Senior portraits out of your whole class!

How do we move forward with booking our portrait session?
I recommend choosing 1-2 locations that are near each other. We don’t want to miss out on great lighting, or use up too much time driving between locations! Having two locations can be great for getting more variety out of your session!
How many locations should we choose for our session?
I average between 60 and 120 final edited images for portrait sessions. I love delivering my client’s files quickly and easily via an online gallery. You will have the ability to print, share and download your images as much as you want.
How many images will I receive from my portrait session?
You will get a sneak peek of your images within 1-2 days of your session! My turnaround time for the full gallery averages between 3 and 6 weeks, though most portrait sessions are delivered within 4 weeks.
what is the turnaround time for receiving my final digital images?
I offer professional prints for sale in your online gallery. These are optional, as you will already have the digital images available for download, and a print release. The prints are reasonably priced, and are shipped right to your home within 1-2 weeks.
Can I order prints from you?
Weather is always unpredictable, which is why I schedule a rain date for every one of my portrait clients when booking. We will decide together the morning of your session whether we need to use the rain date or not.
What if it rains on my session date?
I absolutely love photographing in Acadia! I am very familiar with the park, and can recommend 10-15 different location options there. These sessions do have an added fee of $350, which covers my extra time and driving expenses to get there.
Do you photograph in Acadia National Park?
I offer a discount for clients wishing to book more than one session at once. If you book 2 sessions (for example, a Maternity and Fresh 48 session), I will take $100 off the combined price of the sessions. If you book 3 sessions, I will take $150 off the combined price.
Do you offer multiple session discounts?
I believe every client should leave their session happy and relaxed, knowing we had fun and got some great images! I think the candid photos are just as important as the posed photos, so I go back and forth to get both during every session!
What is your shooting style for our portrait session
I recommend planning for 2-3 outfits for your session. Most Seniors bring one more casual outfit to start off with, and a dressier outfit for the second half of the sesion.
